Payment Methods
Online: Master Card, Visa, or American Express.
By Phone/Fax: Check or Money Order.
Payment in full must be received before the order is processed. Credit Cards or Cashiers Checks assure no shipping delays. Company or personal checks must be cleared before the order is shipped (7 to 10 days, or until notified that check has cleared).
Minimum Order
A handling charge of $25.00 will be added to any order under $50.00
Order Confirmation
When an order is placed, we will confirm the approximate ship date and carrier either by Email or Phone.
Shipping Charges
Before you place your order, please call for the shipping charges. Crating charges and handling fees are in addition to the shipping charges.
Shipping Methods
Freight quotes are only an estimate. Actual charges may vary.
Freight will be shipped prepaid or freight collect. If prepaid, freight charges will be added to the credit card prior to the order shipping, or, paid in advance if paying by check or money order.
All shipments are FOB Shreveport, Louisiana.
Additional Freight Charges
If a freight dock is not available, lift gate charges will apply. It is the customer's responsibility to unload the shipment. Inside delivery consist of the driver taking the freight inside the building only. Lift gate and inside delivery must be requested.
Refused Shipments for Non-Damaged Merchandise
If a shipment is refused that is not the result of damages, the customer will be responsible to pay for the freight charges to deliver to them and the freight charges to return to Showcases For Less. A credit will be issued for the merchandise only.
Return Policy
A Return Authorization Number is needed for any returns.
Damages/Shortages
Inspect all cartons and confirm all counts when the shipment is received. Visible damages and shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt. Concealed damages must be reported to the carrier within 72 hours. Save all cartons and packing materials for inspection.
